The owner of the store personally took care of me when I wanted to buy and have shipped overnight a birthday present for my husband. I had no idea what I wanted and instead of steering me toward the most expensive items he was honest and thoughtful in his suggestions. Top of the line merchandise...My husband loves his set and was very surprised and pleased.

Great service. I was local and opted to pick it up locally without being charged shipping. They called me to confirm the order after I placed it and then called me again once my order was ready for pickup. At the store I realized one of the colors I had selected was hard to distinguish from the other and the guy at the shop swapped them out on the spot. I wish more merchants on the Yahoo store offered the same level of service. I would order from them again.

There was a mistake made on the shipping end. When the US Post Office attempted to deliver the package, it was returned to the sender for having an incomplete address. The sender was unaware of the mistake until I sent him an email. I received a prompt answer and a duplicate of the item was overnighted to me. That is EXCELLENT customer service!

I was in something of a rush to find the item in question (100% plastic playing cards) and, having had no prior experience with Sadler and Carter, I had no sense of whether Id need to go shopping for a belated gift tag. I didnt have to worry! The order shipped almost immediately and arrived on time. Excellent service. Thank you.
