2008 WSOP Freeroll Series Date:Jan. 7th, 2008 6:30 PM Place:Sadler and Carter Poker Retail Store The 2008 WSOP Freeroll Series is moving once again!!! BACK TO WHERE ALL THE FUN STARTED.....SADLER AND CARTER POKER!!!! The Parlour is going out of business so we are moving everything back to the shop. Same great tourney but a little more poker room feel. This will be the first tourney back at the shop so make sure you get signed up early. We can only seat about 80 players. If you don't get on the list you will have to be an alternate. The Sit N Go's will still be running for you to earn points toward the leader board. 2008 WSOP Freeroll Series Date:6:45 PM, Dec. 17th 2008 Place:The Parlour We have passed the halfway point of the 2008 WSOP tournament series. You still have plenty of tournaments to earn points and/or win your way into the finals. This will be our last tourney before the New Year and we are expecting a great turnout. We will have two special promos running for this tournament. 1st Can food drive for the “Dallas Food Bank”. Bring a can food item and get a ticket for the raffle. One ticket per can limit five tickets per player. 2nd Bring a NEW tournament player. Bring a tournament player that has never played with Sadler and Carter Poker to this week’s poker tournament and get entered into a special raffle. Only players that have a new tournament player will be in this raffle for a special gift sponsored by The Parlour and S and C poker. So raid your kitchen pantry, call a friend that has not played with us before and head out to The Parlour for some great food and poker fun. The Dec. 17th event will start at 6:45. The point race is still close and only takes one good finish to put you in the race for the finals. The SNG’s, which are a big hit, will be running all night so you have a chance to pick up some points. Points and final table players have been posted so check out where you stand. 2008 WSOP Freeroll Series Date:Dec. 3rd, 2007 - 6:45 PM Place:The Parlour The 2008 WSOP Freeroll series is in full swing. The Parlour has turned out to be a great venue. With great food and drinks combinded with Sadler and Carter's GREAT POKER!!! The Holiday season is in full swing but there is no better way to take a break from the holiday stress then by playing some poker. We had a great turnout for our tournament before Thanksgiving and looking for an even better one this time. Make sure you get signed up so you don't get stuck on the alternate list. The next event is Monday DEc. 3rd at 6:45. We have six players in the final. The SNG points are proving to be very important so make sure you make plans to stay late and play. Start your Thanksgiving week off with some great poker!!! We had one of the best turnouts ever at the last tourney. Make sure you get signed up so you don't get stuck on the alternate list. The next event is Monday Nov. 19th at 6:45. We have five players already in the final. The SNG are in full swing and many players are moving up the point leader board. S and C Poker Tournament Date:6:30 Pm Oct. 1st 2007 Place:The Parlour Cafe Sadler and Carter Poker is trying another new venue. The first test went well but was not the perfect fit!!! The Parlour has opened it doors for us to have a more private type atmosphere. The Parlour is much nicer place then the last venue so please come dressed accordingly. This is a non smoking venue for everyone that had problems with the smoke at the last event. Please come out early and enjoy dinner and drinks. We will also be having a longer break for dinner during the tournament. So if you can’t make it out early then you will have time to eat on break. We will be giving out tickets to everyone that purchases drinks or dinner at the venue. At the end of the event Sadler and Carter Poker will be drawing one winning ticket for a jersey of your choice or coupon to the store. The more you eat and drink the better chance you have of winning a prize. The sit-n-go tournaments will be running this time as well. The winner of each sit-n-go will get a free deck of plastic playing cards or coupon to the store. We hope everyone will come out and give the new venue a chance. This could be a great new home for the Sadler and Carter Poker WSOP Freeroll. Come hungery and thirsty and lets show the owner that we deserve a nice upscale venue. We will be seating 100 players so if registration is closed please come out anyway we will get you in the tourney!! Looking forward to seeing everyone at the tables!!! 2008 WSOP Freeroll Series Kick-Off Event Date:7:00 PM Sep. 11th 2007 Place:Wizards Sports Cafe Sadler and Carter Poker is trying out a new venue for the 2008 WSOP Freeroll series. The tournament will be held at Wizard Sports Cafe in Richardson. We will be holding this first tournament to see what kind of turnout we can get. If the first event goes well we will get the tournament series for the 2008 WSOP seat kicked off within the next week or so. Come out to Wizards early if you can and have some food and drinks. Players that eat dinner at Wizards before the tourney will get extra chips added to their starting chip stack. Hope to see everyone at Wizards!!! It has been a long time since we have seen everyone and look forward to seeing all the players. The tournament online registration is closed. You can still come to the event and play but will have to register in person the night of the event.
